We offer a secure and low cost option for storing your Wills with the National Will Safe. They will ensure your details and the location of your Will are registered on the National Will Register.

 

The Will will be stored in a sealed waterproof wallet kept in a fireproof safe. While in storage, it is insured against loss and damage, and will be replaced free of charge while you're alive. If the Will is lost or damaged after your death, your estate and beneficiaries will be compensated for any losses incurred as a result of there being no valid Will. Your executors can obtain the Will after presenting a copy of your death certificate and proof of their identity.

If you wish to access your Will to make any changes, this can be arranged free of charge either through the Will Writer or through the National Will Safe.

There is an annual fee which is payable directly to the National Will Safe, and we will help you with the process of registering for this service.
